Dear students,
Number of students are asking about change in location of their training company. These kinds of requests are creating problems for us for managing their information, because they are not providing proper information even they are not following the proper channel for forwarding their request.
Let me tell you how you should apply for you change in location
+Condition under which you can apply
-You still not joined at your respective informed location
-If joined then number of days after your joining date should not greater than 10.
-Date should not be after July 30, 2010.
+How to apply and process of approval/disapproval:
-Instead of talking to Mr. Anupinder or Mr Nitin directly, first forward your request to your mentor either in written or through email.
-Once your mentor accepts your request, he/she will forward your request to Training co-ordinator with his remarks or personally will talk to training co-ordinator.
-Subject to different situations your request for change in training location can be approved or disapproved and will be informed to you by your mentor only.
+In case of Approval for change of training location
-Joining at new confirmed training location should be with immediate effect. Also confirmation letter from company should be submitted before joining location. In case hard copy delivery is not feasible then scan and email it to your mentor and send hardcopy through speedpost to your concerned faculty.
-All initial documentation formalities like joining report, project synopsis etc. should be submitted to your mentor within 3-5 days of your joining. Failing this will void your training.
-No change in location will be entertained after this change, so be carefull when you apply for change in location.
Note: This is not an open invitation for change of location, we will only entertain only special cases. So better not waste your time and efforts.
