How to prepare Company proposal.

Dear student,

these days whenever you go to ask mr. anupinder about what to do after
you get confirmation from company you applied. Most of student come up
with same kind of queries, would like to mention untill your training
is not approved by DCMIT committee you will not be able to start your
training and for approval you required to submit a proposal to
committee. This proposal will contain following things :
1. Company evaluation performa, available in training manual already
uploaded on this blog. Company profile(if available) can be attached
with it.
2. If available please attach project detail, this is required so that
committee members can have some idea about what kind of contents you
are going to work on next term on internship.
3. If available provide Responsibility details that you will perform
during your internship. This will also help to judge kind of exposure
you are going to have as intern.
4. In case if your intern is confirmed, enclose confirmation document.

Organise all of above mentioned documents should be organized as a
file and submit to faculty who is responsible for issuance of
reference letter for your section. In case you are submiting proposal
for more then one company, it should be included in same file.

Now comes a point why this thing is required. This proposal enables us
to analyse your future prospective as intern and internship can be
approved or disapprove. I hope now things are more clear between ur.

So finally i say DON'T get confused & happy internship. . . . . . To all

RE: regarding the undertaking of NIC trainings

Hello sumit,

Actually this policy is needed all because of a specific point mention in the application of NIC. I tell you the exact wordings under the declaration by the institute section

Point no 4 "Certified that the institute undertakes the responsibility to refund the amount of stipend in whole to NIC and also will not issue degree to the student if he/she leaves the project incomplete/without permissions from NIC "

I hope your doubt is clear now……. In case still not …. Come meet me in person can explain you more.

Subject: regarding the undertaking

Why we are supposed to submit the undertaking if we want to do training at NIC.
Why students leave the training incomplete in such a organization where he is getting stipend?
I am just asking . I am ready to submit it if I apply. But i want to say that this kind of policy(undertaking) can only be made when something wrong has happened to someone in our university.
